POV Dispute:
The author is clearly pro-choice, and statements such as, "many women were simply lied to," unless backed by specific examples, need revising or elimination.

For the confusing tags, I'm going to take of the "neutral point of view", but am going to leave the NPOV up. A cleanup tag might help, too. Fadetoblack 05:35, 10 Jan 2005 (UTC)
I have rewritten the article. It now describes the specific decision the title refers to. The previous version, besides being heavily biased, didn't address this specific decision, but refered to provisions in numerous abortion-related decisions. I have removed the NPOV and cleanup tags, as I don't think they are needed any longer. IANAL, so anyone that is, please edit boldly. Kenj0418 06:02, Mar 29, 2005 (UTC)
